I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! As a small, appointment-based salon, my time is reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policy before booking your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, modified, or cancelled. If your appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, the cancellation fee may apply. I’m always happy to work with you when possible! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as you know. Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit to secure future appointments. Any required deposits are applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show. Thank you for respecting my time and small business!
